We are hiring a Sales Manager — Student Enrollment to join our Noida office. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales, communication, follow-up, and persuasion skills who can help prospective students understand SisuCare’s programs and successfully complete the enrollment process.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for converting prospective student leads into enrolled students. This is a student enrollment sales role where you will speak with interested applicants, explain the program clearly, answer questions, follow up consistently,



and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Explain SisuCare’s healthcare training programs, course structure, eligibility requirements, schedules, pricing, and enrollment process.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Follow up with leads consistently and professionally until they enroll or make a final decision.
- Maintain accurate lead records, notes, follow-up dates, and status updates in the CRM.
- Handle student objections related to pricing, schedule, program format, location, requirements, and career outcomes.
- Work closely with marketing, student support, and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Track sales activity, lead response time, conversion rates, and reasons for lost leads.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, student questions, and common objections.
