Samya Yoga is a modern wellness company dedicated to making authentic yoga accessible to everyone through personalized online and at-home yoga programs. Our mission is to help people improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through holistic yoga practices guided by qualified instructors.

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and organized Office & Client Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our clients and support the day-to-day operations of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospective clients and answer their questions professionally.
- Schedule consultations, demo sessions and yoga classes.
- Coordinate daily schedules with yoga instructors and clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Assist with customer onboarding and ensure an excellent client experience.
- Handle appointment changes, cancellations and follow-ups.
- Support administrative tasks, reporting and operational coordination.
- Assist with marketing campaigns,



customer engagement and feedback collection.
- Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & QualificationsEssential
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Fluent Kannada and valuable spoken English.
- Basic Hindi is an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good computer skills.
- Experience using Gmail, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp for professional communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Friendly, professional and customer-first attitude.

Preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, administration, reception or operations.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Experience scheduling appointments or coordinating teams.
- Previous experience in the healthcare, wellness, education or service industry is an advantage.
