Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and prospective customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, client references, and market connections.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects and investment options.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits, and effectively communicate project features and benefits.
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and the complete customer journey from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
- Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality, conversions, and project performance.




- Maintain accurate customer and sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Chennai real estate market and customer segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Robust networking and client acquisition abilities.
- Ability to handle high-value clients and complex negotiations.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach.

Compensation

Attractive Remuneration + Performance-Based Incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
