Role: Technical Support Engineer - SolidWorks

SIMTEK is an authorized reseller of SOLIDWORKS products & 3DEXPERIENCE Works. We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our dynamic Technical Team as Application Engineer. The Application Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues and provide tailored solutions to enhance their productivity and efficiency

LOCATION:
- Chennai

RESPONSIBILITIES:
3. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

4. Assist in the implementation and customization of SolidWorks software to meet customer needs.

5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.

7. Stay updated on the latest SolidWorks features, enhancements, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile or Aeronautical Engineering

2.



0 to 4 Years of experience in Design / Quality Control / Production

3. Strong understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently

5. Effective communication skills to conduct training sessions or workshops

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment

7. Two Wheeler is mandatory for customer visits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
