Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Drive ticket sales for sports events and other live experiences listed on the BeastDrive platform.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Plan and execute lead generation, conversion, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.




- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure maximum campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram Ads.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Experience running performance marketing campaigns focused on ticket sales, events, or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of sales funnels, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- 1-3+ years of experience in Meta Ads.
