Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos.
- Design creative graphics, reels, and promotional posts.
- Visit production units to capture factory operations, employee activities, machinery, and company events.
- Develop content calendars and schedule regular posts.
- Write attractive captions, blogs, and marketing content.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Management for branding campaigns.
- Cover company events, celebrations, recruitment drives, and CSR activities.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and implement creative ideas.

Required Skills:
- Solid photography and videography skills.
- Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Graphic designing knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator,



etc.)
- Excellent creativity and storytelling ability.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage.

Experience
- 2-3 years preferred.
- Creative mindset with innovative ideas.
- Comfortable visiting manufacturing plants for content creation.
- Experience in industrial or corporate branding is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
