You will work closely with business, operations and cross-functional partners to solve complex problems, shape scalable solutions, and ensure productive delivery. Acting as the key interface between business and functional stakeholders, you will support the development of product propositions, and/or service strategies—from concept and release.

Essential Skills:




- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret reporting outputs, identify trends and anomalies, generate insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail, structured problem solving and the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and drive effective resolution.
- Delivery discipline with experience using Jira and Agile ways of working to manage requirements, backlogs, actions and delivery activities.
- Experience producing management information, dashboards, governance packs and executive reporting using data from multiple sources.
- Strong risk, control and governance awareness, including execution of operational controls, validation activities, quality assurance reviews and adherence to defined processes.
- Stakeholder management across UK and India teams — confidence working with journey owners, product managers, controls tea
