Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing data of Renown Researchers, Scholars, Business People and students (Clients) through various data sources such as websites, Social Networks, Related Events and Publications.
- Understanding the various research works, Finding Similarities and establishing relationships among them (Analyzing Research Work). Forwarding Analysis report to next level management to initiate the conference.
- Establish formal communication with clients through mail and Phone (if necessary) and answer inquiries by clarifying desired information.
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
- Acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Conference Chairs, Scientific Committee, Keynote Speakers and Other invited Speakers
- Maintains Information/Data and improves quality results by adhering guidelines
- Acts as an active participant while designing Conference program




- Available to travel abroad to coordinate conference at venue
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Good communication skills
- Good Written skills eMail Writing
- Basic computer knowledge-MS-Office, Browsing Techniques etc.
- Positive Interpersonal Skill

Qualification:
Any Graduates & Post Graduates

Pharma, Chemistry & Lifesciences Graduates much preferable

Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana (required)

Work Location: In person

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
