Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive approved drawings, daily targets, and work instructions from the project team.
- Plan and coordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, equipment, crane movements, and material shifting activities.
- Ensure site readiness, including safety arrangements, material availability, and work access requirements.
- Supervise façade installation works, including curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and aluminium systems.
- Guide workers and subcontractors to ensure execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor ongoing work to maintain quality, finishing standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Site Engineer or Project Manager for timely resolution.
- Track daily material consumption, labour attendance, manpower deployment, and project progress.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports and coordinate planning for upcoming activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly planning forms, POA (Plan of Action) and contractor progress reports, including measurements, payment rates,



remarks, and payment hold details.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit all required site documentation such as Delivery Challans, Material Approval Submittals (MAS), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Work Inspection Requests (WIR), Work Permits, Gate Passes, Daily Progress Reports, and other project-related documents ensuring proper record keeping and timely coordination with clients, consultants, and the project team for approvals and compliance.

Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers with a relevant Degree may apply.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 p
