Position: Team Leader - Real Estate Sales

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives/Property Consultants.
- Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversions.
- Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Assist the team in client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to improve lead conversion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Stay updated on the Lucknow real estate market, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.





Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proven expertise in residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Additional certifications in Sales or Real Estate will be an advantage.
- 4-7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1-2 years in a Team Leader role.
- Experience in handling residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Robust understanding of the Lucknow real estate market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
