Business Development Manager -Upwork, LinkedIn & Lead Generation

Outsourcing Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Create compelling, customized proposals that clearly demonstrate our expertise and value proposition.
- Manage the complete bidding lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to proposal submission, follow-ups, negotiation, and project closure.
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, timelines, and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Design, and Development, to prepare accurate estimates and project proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with industry trends,



emerging technologies, and marketplace best practices to improve conversion rates and business growth.
- Ensure all bids and proposals are submitted on time, are well-structured, and align with client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and project acquisition in the Digital Marketing and Website Development industry.
- Demonstrated success in winning projects related to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Google Ads / PPC
- Website Design & Development (WordPress, Shopify, PHP, Magento, Webflow, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and web technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding proposal writing and client presentation skills.
- Robust negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
