Job Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious Real Estate Property Consultant to join our growing sales division. If you are a smooth talker, a great negotiator, and motivated by high commission payouts, this role is for you. Your primary focus will be connecting with potential buyers, understanding their property needs, and closing high-value real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities





Property Inspections: Schedule and conduct site visits with clients, showcasing project features, amenities, and investment advantages.

Negotiation & Closing: Walk clients through pricing, payment plans, and legal processes to successfully close sales.

Market Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, brokers, and individual buyers to expand your network.

Database Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the company CRM.

Requirements & Skills

Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Drive: High self-motivation with a target-oriented mindset (you want to hit that ₹1 Lakh ceiling and beyond).

Confidence: Comfortable pitching to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.

Mobility: Possession of a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for client site visits is highly preferred.
