Main responsibilities:
- Build the cashier POS in Kotlin + Jetpack Compose with large, touch-friendly rush-hour workflows.
- Own Room/SQLite offline queue, sync state machine, client-generated IDs, duplicate-order prevention, and WAN-drop recovery.
- Integrate the P98 gateway/card reader flow for online approvals and encrypted offline payment queueing.
- Implement secure on-device encryption and storage of queued P98 payment data using Android Keystore or equivalent secure storage.
- Build and own the Android SignalR client behavior needed to receive live order/status updates from the on-site hub over the local network.
- Work with the backend lead on order/payment API contracts and final order validation.
- Coordinate shared Android patterns with the KDS engineer: Compose components, state handling, Room models, and device testing.





Required tech:Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Room/SQLite, Coroutines/Flow, Retrofit/OkHttp, Hilt, SignalR Android client patterns, offline-first Android apps, Android Keystore/secure local storage, REST error handling, payment-device integration experience.

Why this role matters:This role owns the highest-risk operational flow. The cashier interface must be fast, reliable, secure, and resilient when the restaurant is busy or internet access is unstable.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
