Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll.
- Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and employee-related correspondence.
- Support induction and onboarding of current employees.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
- Support statutory compliance activities and maintain related documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and update employee databases.




- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in the Interior Designing, Construction, Architecture, or Fit-Out industry.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience and interview performance).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
