Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
- Explain hospital services, doctors, specialties, and packages.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM/HIMS.
- Follow up with patients for appointment conversion.
- Handle basic patient queries and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily/monthly call, lead, and conversion targets.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
