Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic EIR to lead high-impact, zero-to-one and one-to-scale initiatives across the business. This role is designed for individuals with strong business acumen, consumer intuition, and execution excellence who can identify growth opportunities and translate them into scalable business outcomes. As an EIR, you will work closely with the leadership team to solve critical business problems, unlock new revenue streams, and build structured, insight-led growth engines across product, marketing, and operations.
- Key Responsibilities

Prospect Identification & Strategic Thinking
- Identify high-impact opportunities across consumer segments, product categories, and business functions
- Lead problem discovery through structured analysis, consumer insights, and market understanding Define clear problem statements and develop strategic hypotheses for growth

Consumer, Category & Market Intelligence
- Drive deep understanding of consumer behavior, needs, and pain points
- Analyze category dynamics, consumption patterns, and emerging trends




- Track competitor strategies and identify gaps and whitespace opportunities in the market

Build, Experiment & Scale
- Conceptualize and lead execution of pilot initiatives from 01
- Design experiments to validate product-market fit and business hypotheses
- Scale successful initiatives into repeatable and sustainable business models

Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to drive execution
- Ensure alignment across teams and remove execution bottlenecks
- Drive accountability and ownership across initiatives

Performance & Impact Delivery
- Define success metrics and track performance across initiatives
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize business outcomes
- Present structured updates and recommendations to leadership

Process & Capability Building
- Build frameworks, playbooks, and systems to institution
