Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant government and private tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within stipulated deadlines.
- Handle online tender submissions through GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.
- Coordinate with management and various departments to collect required documents and information.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, EMDs, and supporting documents.
- Monitor tender status, bid openings, and result announcements.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
- Follow up with clients and authorities regarding tender-related queries.
- Maintain a database of ongoing and upcoming tenders.
- Generate tender status reports for management review.




- Accounting experience is an added advantage.

Required Skills:
- Experience in Government e-Marketplace (Gem), CPPP, and e-tender portals.
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation and bid preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF documentation tools.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Commerce, Business Administration, or related backgrounds will be preferred.

Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Tender Management, Bid Management, or Tender Submission.
- Experience handling government tenders will be an added advantage.
