What you’ll do:
Key Responsibilities
1. System Architecture & Integration
- Define and develop system architectures covering power electronics (BBU, PSU, DC racks), control, cooling, and interconnects
- Lead end-to-end system integration including electrical, mechanical, and interface definition
- Drive system-level problem solving, debugging, and optimization across subsystems
2. Prototype Build & Hardware Execution
- Own prototype build planning and execution, including harnessing, wiring, assembly, and lab setups
- Lead high voltage and low voltage integration activities, ensuring secure and reliable system operation
- Collaborate with design teams for rapid validation, iteration, and issue resolution
3. Validation, Testing & Debugging
- Define and execute system-level validation strategies including functional, thermal, environmental, and durability testing
- Lead debugging, root cause analysis, and ensure traceability of test data and results
- Ensure readiness for EVT, DVT, and PVT phases with robust validation coverage
4. Certification & Compliance Leadership




- Drive compliance with UL, IEC, CE, BIS and data center standards ensuring product safety and regulatory approval
- Interface with certification agencies and test labs to ensure timely approvals
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, EMC, and high voltage standards
5. Lab Infrastructure & Safety Excellence
- Establish and maintain test labs, prototype houses, and validation infrastructure
- Enforce EHS, high voltage safety practices, and 5S standards across all environments
- Ensure availability, calibration, and readiness of test equipment and facilities
6. Cross-functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and sourcing teams
- Act as single point of contact for system readiness and deployment
- Drive alignment across global teams and external stakeholders for program success
7. Customer & Deployment Readiness
- Support customer val
