Key Responsibilities Corporate Account Acquisition - Visit prospective businesses and corporate clients to convert qualified leads into active corporate accounts. - Identify, approach, and onboard recent corporate customers within the assigned territory. - Build and maintain strong business relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Sales & Business Development - Promote and demonstrate ERP solutions, loan products, and advance salary offerings to businesses. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial and technology solutions. - Achieve monthly sales, onboarding, and activation targets. Customer Onboarding & Documentation - Collect, verify, and submit customer KYC documents and other required onboarding documentation. - Ensure complete and accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with internal Operations, Credit, and Compliance teams for smooth account activation. Relationship Management - Provide end-to-end support to corporate clients during the onboarding process.



- Resolve customer queries and ensure a superior customer experience. - Maintain long-term relationships to maximize customer retention. Reporting & Market Intelligence - Update daily field activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Track lead status and conversion progress. - Share market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback with the reporting manager. Required Qualifications - Graduate (Any Stream) - 6 months to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Business Development, or B2B Sales. - Fresh graduates with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
