Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager

(Account Management) to manage multiple client accounts, drive engagement, and

creative, analytical, and capable of handling client communication effectively while

delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client social media accounts end-to-end
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others




- Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign execution and creative development
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports
- Run, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and account management
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates Requirement

5 years of experience in social media marketing or account management
- Solid working knowledge of Canva for social media creatives
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup and optimization
- Good understanding of current social media trends and best practices
- Experience using social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of social media performance metrics and insights
- Experience handling client communication and managing expectations
