Key Responsibilities
- ⁠ ⁠Develop innovative and aesthetically strong design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- ⁠ ⁠Lead projects from concept design through execution and final handover.
- ⁠ ⁠Create mood boards, space planning, furniture layouts, material palettes, and design presentations.
- ⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and furniture details using AutoCAD.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- ⁠ ⁠Conduct client meetings, understand design requirements, and present creative solutions confidently.
- ⁠ ⁠Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior designers to ensure timely project delivery.




- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained on-site.
- ⁠ ⁠Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and luxury interiors.
- ⁠ ⁠Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining the highest design standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ⁠ ⁠*5+ years of experience* in Residential and Commercial Interior Design.
- ⁠ ⁠Solid design aesthetics with an excellent understanding of luxury interiors.
- ⁠ ⁠Exceptional space planning and conceptual design skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Advanced proficiency in *AutoCAD*.
- ⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of furniture detailing and construction drawings.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to lead and manage a design team.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- ⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
