- Assessment & Tracking: Monitor student performance through regular evaluations and assessments to identify areas of improvement.

2. Faculty Mentorship & Leadership
- Teacher Support: Guide and mentor new teachers, helping them with classroom management and individualized learning plans.
- Professional Development: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and collaborative learning opportunities for staff.

3. Student Well-being & Discipline
- Safe Environment: Ensure the school campus remains a secure, supportive,



and conducive environment for learning.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts involving students, such as suitemate/peer disputes or disciplinary issues.

4. Administrative & Stakeholder Communication
- Liaison Duties: Act as the primary point of contact between the principal, parents, and teachers.
- Event Planning: Coordinate school events, parent-teacher conferences, and community outreach programs.
