Position Summary

Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Head to lead the end-to-end execution of multiple high-rise residential projects across Mumbai. Reporting directly to the Director - Construction,



the Construction Head will be responsible for planning, execution, quality, safety, budgeting, resource management, and timely project delivery from excavation to final handover.

This leadership role requires extensive experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Lead and oversee the complete construction function for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop construction strategies, execution plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project schedules, construction progress, and milestone achievements.
- Ensure timely completion of projects from excavation to handover.
