Job Title: CRM Executive (Manufacturing)

Location: Jaipur Sanganer

Experience: 1-3 years in CRM/Customer Support, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Maintain customer data and update CRM software regularly.

Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams for order status and deliveries.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and feedback.

Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports.

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.

1-3 years of CRM or customer service experience in a manufacturing company preferred.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.

Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
