Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit.
- Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their in office proficiency.
- Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage.
- Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.
- Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy.
- Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractorsCo-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.
Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
