This person will lead an engineering team while also coding, architecting, and building. They will also be responsible for reviewing PRs and test plans, writing technical design documents, building solutions, and setting engineering standards.
- What you’ll do:




- Translate product management ideas and business concepts into product designs, technical specifications, prototypes, and implementation plans.
- Partner across Product, People, HR Technology, IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams to understand requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver solutions that support People Team products and services.
- Contribute directly to the codebase, including production code, reviewing pull requests, and resolving complex technical issues, and building solutions.
- Architect scalable People Tech solutions that support internal tools, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, AI-enabled experiences, and operational processes.
- Own the quality of technical design by writing, reviewing, and approving technical design documents and PRs.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI, LLM, and chatbot solutions into People Tech
