About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Manager cum Jewellery Consultant to manage jewellery sales, handle customer consultations and drive revenue for our lab-grown diamond business.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, website and walk-ins/appointments.
- Convert leads and enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain a proper record of leads, follow-ups and sales.
- Identify recent business opportunities and potential customers.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.

2. Jewellery Consultation
- Understand customer preferences, requirements and budget.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable:
- Lab-grown diamonds




- Engagement rings
- Solitaire rings
- Wedding jewellery
- Earrings
- Bracelets
- Necklaces
- Custom jewellery
- Explain diamond specifications such as 4Cs - Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat.
- Explain the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds in a clear and professional manner.
- Explain diamond certification, including IGI/GIA certification where applicable.
- Recommend suitable diamond shapes, sizes, colours and clarities based on customer requirements.
- Assist customers with jewellery customization and design selection.

3. Customer Handling
- Provide a premium and personalized customer experience.
- Handle customers professionally from the first enquiry until order completion.
- Understand customer expectations and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Handle customer questions regarding pricing, quality, certification, delivery and customization.
