Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain legal agreements, contracts, and notices.
- Assist in preparing and verifying legal documents related to construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with government authorities, advocates, and consultants when required.
- Maintain legal records and documentation.
- Support the team in handling legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide basic legal opinions on routine matters.
- Assist in obtaining approvals, licenses, and statutory compliances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.).
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a construction, infrastructure, or real estate company is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of contract law, property law, and legal documentation.
- Valuable drafting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
