- Check expiry dates and ensure products are stored properly.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints politely.
- Record daily sales, stock movement, and inventory details.
- Coordinate with suppliers for receiving and verifying recent stock.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and store policies while providing excellent customer service.
