Job Overview

WebMobril Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Management Trainees - Business Development. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales and business development while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify business leads.
- Identify potential clients through market research.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings for the senior business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Achieve daily and weekly activity targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
