Role Overview
We are hiring 5 Telesales Sales Executives to make outbound calls to qualified leads interested in starting a distribution business with Arohi Global.



The role is conversion-focused: you will explain our new business model of own brand, answer queries, overcome objections, and convert leads into clients. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain Arohi Global’s distribution/new business model and benefits persuasively.
- Qualify leads, handle objections, and close conversions.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Record call outcomes and follow-ups accurately in CRM or shared tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for client on boarding and handover.
- Meet weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Own laptop is mandatory.
- Strong spoken and written communication in English and Bengali/Hindi.
- Confident, target-driven and comfortable handling customer calls.
- Strong hands-on experie
