Job Title: Server Administrator

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Windows and Linux servers, ensuring uptime, performance, and reliability.
- Oversee Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user account management.
- Handle Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and security configurations.
- Configure and monitor Commvault Backup and Recovery systems; ensure timely data backups and restorations.
- Perform system health checks, resource monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Implement IT security best practices, including access controls and data protection.
- Document system configurations, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the IT team for infrastructure projects, upgrades, and deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in server administration or IT infrastructure management.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory management.
- Hands-on experience with Commvault Backup solutions.
- Knowledge of *VMware/Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Linux administration.*
- Familiarity with *network protocols *(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).*
- Understanding of IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, VMware VCP, or Commvault Certified Professional.
- Experience in cloud-based infrastructure (Azure/AWS) is a plus.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
