Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and retail chemists within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product prescriptions.
- Plan and execute daily field visits as per the company's call average and coverage norms.
- Ensure regular doctor calls, chemist visits, and stockist interactions to maximize product availability.
- Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical advantages.
- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities whenever required.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, new product launches, and market trends.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily call reports, expense statements, tour plans, and sales updates.




- Coordinate with distributors and stockists to maintain adequate product availability and resolve supply-related issues.
- Build new customer relationships while strengthening the existing customer base.
- Maintain high ethical standards and comply with company policies and pharmaceutical industry guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Life Sciences preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered.
