Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for fabrics, yarns, trims, accessories, and packaging materials.
- Identify and develop current vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per business requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores, production, and sales teams.
- Compare quotations and negotiate the best pricing, quality, and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Track market trends, raw material prices, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, delivery, and pricing.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of têxtile fabrics,



yarns, dyes, and garment accessories.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and cost-control abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and inventory management systems.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Textile Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-15 years of purchasing/procurement experience in the têxtile industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
