About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs.
- Conduct prompt testing, evaluation, and performance analysis to improve AI-generated outputs.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand use cases and translate requirements into effective AI workflows.
- Create prompt libraries, templates, and AI usage guidelines.
- Fine-tune AI interactions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with business objectives.
- Research emerging AI technologies, prompt engineering techniques, and industry best practices.
- Develop AI-assisted solutions for content creation, customer support, recruitment, marketing, and business automation.
- Analyze AI outputs and continuously improve prompt performance using structured testing methodologies.
- Document prompt frameworks, workflows, and optimization strategies.




- Work closely with technical teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, AI Content Optimization, AI Research, or related roles.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Machine Learning concepts.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
- Excellent written communication and content structuring skills.
- Ability to create detailed prompts for business, marketing, HR, customer support, and automation use cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
- Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI usage, and data privacy principles.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python, APIs, or AI
