Responsibilities:
- Supports the development and implementation of Operational Excellence/LEAN strategy
- Develops, implements and sustains process improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies
- Develops, plans, leads and executes LEAN workshops
- Develops, plans, leads and executes coaching and consulting with regard to process optimization / operational excellence and Shopfloor Management
- Supports the development and training of Operational Excellence and LEAN tool box
- Develops, plans, leads and executes LEAN Yellowbelt trainings
