LCH Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Health Club Manager to lead our team and ensure a great experience for our members.

Salary: ₹30,000-₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and profile)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health club.
- Lead and manage a team of 15-20 staff members.
- Drive membership sales and renewals.
- Ensure excellent member service and engagement.
- Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth operations.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is comfortable working in split/break shifts (typically 6:00-10:00 AM and 5:00-9:00 PM; timings may vary).
- Has robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has experience in health clubs, fitness centres, hospitality, or customer-facing operations (preferred).
- Has leadership abilities and can effectively manage a team.
- Is proactive, organized, and sales-oriented.
