ABOUT THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer technical requirements. Able to translate the inputs to the design team & ensure the metrics are met.
- Coordinate design reviews, feasibility, risk assessment with local CFT and global teams.
- Recommend suitable products or engineering solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations. Since this is for the Americas, communication skills needs to be essentially good.



Prior experience of working with global teams will be beneficial.
- Understands APQP deliverables clearly, ensure the CFT is updated on a regular cadence basis.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate product testing and validation.
- Maintain technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills:
- Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of CAD software (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Project management and coordination skills.

Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, etc.).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience (for experienced roles).
