Position description: This role is designed for Legal function for the Hisar unit and provide strategic, operational, and preventive legal leadership across manufacturing operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Acting as the chief legal advisor to senior leadership on strategic and business-critical matters
- Establishing legal governance frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance (local, state & central laws)- Overseeing Company Law matters, corporate governance, and statutory compliances- Leading government liaisoning with district administration, regulators, and statutory bodies- Managing property & land-related legal matters including disputes, acquisition, title due diligence, and documentation- Handling industrial & labour disputes, conciliation proceedings, and tribunal matters- Overseeing civil,



criminal, labour, tax, and commercial litigations along with external counsel management- Driving legal risk management, ethics, and internal investigations- Leading and mentoring the in-house legal team while collaborating cross-functionally
- Skills:Solid exposure to Industrial Laws, Company Law, Government Liaisoning, Property & Labour Disputes

Required Education and work experience
- LLB (mandatory); LLM preferred
- 15-20 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within large manufacturing / industrial organizations- Job Snapshot
