Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor wafer-level testing and semiconductor packaging processes within cleanroom environments.
- Operate testing, inspection, and packaging tools to ensure product quality and process accuracy.
- Support process control activities including defect tracking, yield monitoring, and quality validation.
- Assist in troubleshooting process deviations and perform root cause analysis for testing and packaging issue
