Job Summary

SAP QM Tester module JD

Design and configure SAP S/4HANA QM module testing (Quality Planning, Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Notifications).

Implement and support:
Inspection Planning (Inspection Types, Sampling Procedures)

Inspection Execution (GR, In-process, Final Inspection)

Quality Notifications (NCR, CAPA handling)

Audit Management / Compliance

Work on Quality Certificates & Vendor Evaluation integration.

Integration of QM with other SAP modules and Non SAP software’s like Team Center, Compliance Quest etc

Support end-to-end quality processes across systems (ECC/S4, MES, Compliance systems like TrackWise, CQ, etc.)

Participate in blueprint, design, build, test, and deployment phases.

Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments.

Conduct SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.

Lead workshops and business requirement discussions.

Provide post-go-live hypercare and production support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and coordinate all testing activities for sap s/4hana projects,



including test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect management.

2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure testing aligns with the overall project objectives.

3. Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana modules.

4. Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (uat) for sap s/4hana solutions.

5. Provide guidance and support to junior testing team members and ensure testing best practices are followed.

6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and identify any potential issues or risks.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of sap s/4hana modules and architecture.

2. Proficiency in creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana.

3. Experience in conducting performance testing, regression test
