Job Title: Tea Taster / Quality Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tea tasting and sensory evaluation to check taste, aroma, color, and quality parameters.
- Evaluate tea samples and provide quality feedback.
- Support tea blending activities to maintain product consistency.
- Monitor quality standards during production processes.
- Maintain records of tea testing and quality reports.
- Coordinate with the quality and production teams for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and procedures.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in tea tasting, tea quality, or related roles.
- Knowledge of tea grades, blending, and quality evaluation methods.
- Good understanding of sensory testing techniques.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the tea manufacturing or FMCG industry will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
