About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the organization's skill development and vocational training programs.
- Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, tutorials, NGOs, and local communities to generate leads.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Organize admission campaigns, awareness programs, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and local influencers.
- Achieve monthly admission and lead generation targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports, visit reports, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the Centre team to ensure smooth admission and enrollment processes.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Education, or Skill Development.




- Freshers with excellent communication and field marketing aptitude may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within Patna and nearby areas.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
