About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and optimization opportunities.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Optimize website content including blogs, landing pages, and service pages in collaboration with content creators.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and conversions, and prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, redirects, etc.) in coordination with the development team.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, digital PR, and video teams to align SEO with overall marketing strategies.




- Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations for continuous website and content optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Min 1 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or rapid-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
