Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of assigned hospital floors.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, housekeeping ,and support departments.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, hygiene, and service quality.
- Monitor staff attendance discipline grooming and performance.
- Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, and safety protocols.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with hospital management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospital administration, healthcare management or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 year of experience as a floor manger, hospital operations executive
- Strong leadership ,communication and problem - solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of hospital operations and quality standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
