What You'll Do at Pega:
- Work collaboratively with team members to design, develop, test and document high quality test specifications.
- Role model functional and automation best practices.
- Provide technical assistance to advance the capabilities of products and resolve issues.
- Leverage your advanced Pega knowledge to identify, investigate and report product defects.
- Guide team members on test planning, test execution, and test automation technologies.
- Effective communicator, able to manage meetings, triage issues and communicate product status clearly.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the product meets functional, quality, performance, scalability, privacy, and security through tools,



automation and breakthrough test technologies.
- Prioritize work and follow through; identify when expected timelines are not going to be met and communicate to the scrum master or manager.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance test design, improve engineering efficiency, and support better decision-making across the quality lifecycle.

Who You Are:
- You are passionate about test automation and code quality and eager to develop your skills within an enterprise environment while working with an industry leading product. You have practical knowledge of software testing best practices, testing terminologies, and writing test automations with at least one technology. You think outside the box and use your experience for more effective collaboration.
