Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Tonk Road, Jaipur Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: ₹55,000 - ₹75,000 per month
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Finalize books of accounts and coordinate with auditors.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team.
- Maintain accurate financial records and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer reconciliations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency. ## Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS,



Income Tax, Financial Reporting, Bank Reconciliation, and Finalization of Accounts.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Hands-on experience managing an accounts team.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple financial activities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance. ### Salary & Benefits
