Job Title: Desktop Engineer

Location: east of kailash

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.

Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

Provide onsite and remote technical support to users.

Monitor and maintain IT inventory and documentation.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.

Ensure compliance with IT security policies and antivirus management.

Resolve user issues within defined SLA timelines.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.

Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.





Knowledge of printer installation and maintenance.

Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

Diploma/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.

0-3 years of experience in Desktop Support/Desktop Engineering.

Freshers with solid technical knowledge can also apply.

Preferred Certifications

CompTIA A+

Microsoft Certified Qualified (MCP)

CCNA (Basic Networking)
