We are looking for a "Welding Engineer" with qualification of degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years experience in welding or heavy engineering fabrication.

Responsibilities
- 1. Ensure welding practices comply with industry standards as per EN 15085-2 CL-1.

2. Prepare and maintain Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) documents.

3. Implement and monitor weld inspection protocols (e.g., visual inspection, NDT methods like UT, RT, MT).

4. Supervise welding quality control measures during manufacturing and repair operations.

5. Investigate weld failures or defects and implement corrective actions.

6. Provide technical support to welding personnel on the shop floor.

7. Maintain detailed records of welding activities, inspection results, and repairs.

8. Prepare technical reports for audits, and quality assurance.

9. Support document control and traceability for all welded components.
