Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Execute end to end Pega upgrade activities including impact analysis configuration refactoring regression support and post upgrade optimization to maintain platform stability and longevity

Develop robust Pega case management solutions that orchestrate work allocation service level management and exception handling to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Build and optimize Pega data and integration components to connect with enterprise systems using secure and effective patterns that ensure reliability and data quality

Create detailed technical designs for Pega features including class structures data models flows and UI behavior to provide clear guidance for future enhancements and maintenance

Conduct code reviews and solution walkthroughs to ensure adherence to Pega guardrails internal quality standards and regulatory expectations while minimizing technical debt





Collaborate closely with business analysts testers and infrastructure teams to refine requirements clarify edge cases and deliver incremental value through iterative releases in day shift operations

Troubleshoot complex production and lower environment issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes that reduce incidents and improve platform resilience

Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Pega components including upgrade runbooks configuration baselines and integration contracts to support knowledge continuity

Guide peers on Pega best practices by sharing practical patterns for case design integration and testing which helps elevate overall team capability and delivery quality

Align Pega solutions with organizational objectives by translating business outcomes into modular features that contribute to improved operational accuracy and faster processing cycles for clients and society
